Phoenix Technologies Experts was started when we saw a growing gap between customers and vendors. We felt that customers needed an advocate in their corner to help them solve problems to run their business. The issue was that the vendor sales people focused on making quota and not the customers goals.
Our goal is to work with our clients to understand their needs and design a plan of action to help them achieve it. Then we work with the companies we know can meet the clients requirements and let the client choose who they want to do business with. Next we help the client implement the solution or service to their satisfaction. When installation is completed we continue supporting them and the service for those rainy day scenarios.
